For several years, Nancy has had a music ministry and in that time, seen hundreds and hundreds of people encouraged, inspired and changed through the power of music. She writes most of her own material, drawing from the crucible of her own growth and experience in her relationship with the Lord.
Her desire is to see Christians strengthen their personal daily walk with God and bring intimacy to their relationship with Jesus. Her songs often deal with the sorts of questions and experiences we all go through, making the music and her times of sharing very accessible to most all people. Her dynamic vocal range and natural manner at once put the audience at ease, treating them to a time of wonderful musicianship and a true heart-to-heart as she talks of her own struggles and insights.
She communicates very directly with everyone in the room and she is both soothing and challenging to the people she sings to.
Along with her original compositions, Nancy also has a variety of songs in her repertoire that are “cover songs”- recorded and made famous by other artists and therefore familiar to audiences. Often, she will ask the audience to join her in familiar refrains.
Nancy has also ventured into the area of leading worship, particularly at conferences, retreats, or church events. She has an extensive repertoire of Worship songs which include pieces from the Hillsong/Australia, Vineyard, and Hosanna/Integrity catalogs, as well as many others. She has a wonderful blend of older favorites and fresh new worship music to bring to your event. She seeks, when leading worship, to create an environment that God can inhabit.
Nancy can craft her program to fit in with most any type of event/theme. Whether a full concert, retreat, conference, etc. - or a few songs for a special event - or a worship experience - she would love to work with you!
